Dial-Up Setup Windows Vista/7

1. Click on Start then Control Panel – in the control panel window open Network and Internet

2. Under the Network and Sharing Center section click on View network status and tasks

3. Half way down this screen click on Set up a new connection or network

4. Choose Set up a dial-up connection and click next

5. Enter the phone number to dial to, if you need the correct number for your area please contact our support department.
Also enter your email address and password. Click the check for Remember this Password, name the connection anything you like,
and check Allow other people to use this connection if you have others that use the computer. Then click create.

6. Click finish to complete the setup

Outlook Email Setup

This is how to setup Outlook 2007, the 2010 version is just about the same. Earlier versions actually looked more like outlook express in the setup.

1. Open Outlook and you should be greated by a welome screen click next

2. Leave the radio selection set to YES and click next

3. Enter your name, email address, and password then click the check at the bottom to Manually configure the server settings click next

4. Leave the radio selection to Internet E-Mail and click next

5. Select the account type as IMAP (POP if you want to store mail on your local computer) and enter the mail server information
Mail servers are mail.DOMAIN for example:
If your email address is test@infostructure.net then your mail servers would be mail.infostructure.net
Enter your email address for the username and your password

Click the MORE SETTINGS button before contiuing

6. In MORE SETTINGS click the tab for Outgoing Server and then check the box at the top for My outgoing server requires authentication. Once done click OK at the bottom then continue

7. You should be done and can click finish

Mac Mail Support

Setting up Mac mail for the first time and how to access the mail settings after setup.

1. Open Mac Mail – if you have never opened Mac Mail before you will be greated with a setup screen.
a. Note that if you already have settings and need to change them click Mail, Preferences, Accounts

Enter your name, email address, and password then click Continue

2. Next you will be asked for the mail server information.
Mail servers are mail.DOMAIN for example:
If your email address is @infostructure.net your mail servers will be mail.infostructure.net

Most users setup their accounts as IMAP, if you want the mail program to store the mail on your computer you can choose POP.
Enter the Description, mail server, username (your email address), and password then click Continue.

3. Incoming mail security is the next screen, leave the box for Secure Socket Layer unchecked and Authentication should be set to password then click continue

4. Outgoing mail is the next screen, the outgoing mail server is the same name as the incoming mail server you entered in step 2
Also check the box for Use Authentication and enter your email address and password then click continue

5. Security for outgoing mail should be set the same as step 3, leave the SSL box unchecked and choose Password for authentication and click continue

6. Account summary will show everything you entered and you also need to click the Take account online check box then click create

If you already have an account setup and need to verify your mail settings they can be access by clicking on Mail at the top and Preferences. Once in the preferences window click Accounts
